Unfortunately, one of our trucks experienced mechanical issues today, resulting in delays in trash pickup services.
In addition to today’s mechanical issue, we also lost a truck during Tuesday’s flooding in Charlotte, TX. This has left us operating one truck down and required last-minute adjustments to the remaining routes scheduled for this week. Due to unexpected circumstances, we expect delays throughout the week.
Our team is actively working to get everyone taken care of as quickly — but also as safely — as possible this evening and into tomorrow. Regardless of these challenges, **our goal is to ensure everyone is serviced this week.** We will continue to keep everyone updated as more information becomes available.
In the meantime, please **DO NOT retrieve your cans** until you have received your completion text notification.
We understand many customers do not like leaving cans out due to animal activity, which is unfortunately something outside of everyone’s control. To help minimize issues, we recommend using bungee cords to help keep lids sealed while we complete service.
