Now introducing... Celestial Botanicals, a new UNSWEET session mead brand by Stardust Cellars.

Relying on the power of botanicals for sugarless flavor, these 0% residual sugar meads are totally unsweet at 7.5% abv and made with NO SULFITES.

Citrus Equinox - Grapefruit Peel, Ginger, Lemongrass

Strawberry Solstice - Organic Green Rooibos, Hibiscus, Blackberry Leaf, Ginger, Orange Peel, Lemongrass, Strawberries

Cocoa Eclipse - Organic Cocoa Husks, Yerba Maté, Roasted Yerba Maté, Vanilla Bean

We are releasing a small test batch to get feedback this weekend at our local farmers markets and at our tasting room. Get yours while supplies last, only 10 cases made!

July 1st • 7–9 PM Stardust Cellars • Mooresville, NC

Ink & Drink is a beginner-friendly, artist‑led workshop. where guests explore the basics of tattoo machine control, practice guided techniques, and create their own take‑home piece while enjoying mead (and other gluten free drink options!) at Stardust Cellars located downtown on Main St in Mooresville, NC.

Your $85 ticket includes all supplies, guided instruction, and your own practice piece on fake skin.

Stardust Cellars will be offering a 25% off pint special during the event.

Then sign up for our upcoming game on June 30th 2026 with tickets available at https://www.stardustcellars.com/event-details/one-shot-adventure-the-wild-sheep-chase where we will be playing a One-Shot Adventure named “The Wild Sheep Chase” which is a 5th level Dungeons and Dragons adventure for 3-6 players.

Cool down with a tart pint of Stone Mountain Strawberry Cider at our tasting room open Tuesday through Sunday.

Did you know? Our cider is mostly made of strawberries, making it a bit unique. Due to the naturally high content of lecithin (nature's foaming agent) in strawberries we have to add squeezed lemon to our cider as the oils counteract this high level of lecithin, otherwise it would all turn to foam with bubbles!

Something I figured out laat year when we kept having issues with near-explosive cider cans and it fixed the problem, guess that Food Science MS degree comes in handy on the fly when you are a mead and cider maker!

Now you know why there is a hint of lemon!
