Our N Wilkesboro location has shifted its mead hall tasting room operations to by appointment only and scheduled events.

Please email Dani at [email protected] to schedule tastings, bookings, and tours.

You can schedule with us any day of the week, just give us a heads up that you are coming so we can make sure it is staffed.

We will not have staff on weekends outside of scheduled events and private appointments. Right now we need all our staff on the road with our busy schedule of farmers markets and festivals, so please forgive us as we focus our team's energy on the big viking raids we have planned out in the field.

💙💚 🐝 Blueberry Basil now available on draft and in can at our tasting room and can be found this weekend at our local farmers markets.

Crazy to think it has been 6 years since our last batch. This was our most requested mead from our old library. We have worked hard to bring it back better than ever with the Funky Ferments brand being the perfect format for the revival project.

Now at 8.8% abv, this sweet bubbly mead is our biggest hit of the summer. Get this limited release seasonal while supplies last!

Using our blueberry cider as a base, blending in with our spontaneously fermented mead, and adding dried basil for a lengthy extraction soak — this is a combination of everything we do best.

Bring your friends and favorite game or challenge new acquaintances to any of our on-site card and board games found at Stardust Cellars.

Feel free to talk to our staff and reserve the table in advance for an important scheduled group DnD session!
