Come Jan we will have a new set of rules. One thing I find interesting off the bat is the capabilities of a licensed septic inspector.

To sum up a licensed septic inspector can approve a reconnecttion for a new structure if you have an existing septic system on a property! This can expedite the process assuming there's no issues and the proposed house has the same # of bedrooms.
