Linel was proud to host two groups of students from the Martinsville High School Welding Program at our facility and provide the students with a hands-oh project and practice materials to use this semester.

During their visit, we walked through our manufacturing process and discussed the real-world career paths available in our industry. From welding, painting, and fabrication to project management, drafting, production planning, and operations, we emphasized that skilled trades can lead to long-term, stable, and rewarding careers.

There is strong demand in manufacturing for individuals who are willing to learn, work hard, and take pride in quality craftsmanship. Opportunities today go far beyond the shop floor — with experience and initiative, students can grow into leadership and technical roles that shape projects from start to finish.

We appreciate the Martinsville High School Welding Program for preparing students with practical skills that are essential to companies like ours. It’s encouraging to see young men and women investing in trades that continue to build our communities and strengthen American manufacturing.

We look forward to seeing where their careers take them.

Proud to partner with Hannig Construction, Inc. and Synthesis Incorporated on the Indy 500–themed Clear Creek Welcome Center in Terre Haute, IN! Linel provided and installed multiple scopes of work for this exciting Project including:

· Skylights

· Curtain wall

· Point-supported wall utilizing dichroic glass

· Checkered flag painted metal panel ribbon wall

Linel manufactured and installed the skylight above Fireworks of Glass by Dale Chihuly at the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis in 2006.

From concept to installation, our team stayed true to quality, durability, and precision—values that have always guided our work. This project wasn’t just another skylight: it’s a portal of natural light, creating the perfect setting to display Chihuly’s vibrant glass sculpture in all its glory.

This skylight isn’t just light through glass; it’s bringing the artwork—and the space around it—to life. We believe in the power of craftsmanship to elevate design, and this project reflects everything Linel stands for.

Thank you to everyone involved—architects, installers, museum staff—for their collaboration and trust.

Happy birthday to our Fireworks of Glass artist, Dale Chihuly! We're proud to showcase his 43-feet-tall work of art that includes 3,200 pieces of hand-blown glass as an icon of our museum.

Throwback to the Linel Team ❤️

We came across this old photo (circa 1990) and couldn’t help but share it. It’s a reminder of the incredible people who have been part of our Linel family over the years.

Some of these faces are still here working with us today. Others have retired after years of dedicated service. And some are no longer with us but will always be remembered.

We’re grateful for every contribution, every laugh shared, and every milestone reached together. This photo is more than just a memory—it’s a testament to the spirit and legacy of Linel.

Linel is proud to have played a key role in the complete enclosure of the iconic Brazilian Rainforest Conservatory at Longwood Gardens, Pennsylvania.
Originally commissioned in 1989, the conservatory underwent a meticulous three-year preservation and reconstruction project from 2021 to 2024. Every element of the original layout—originally designed by the legendary Robert Burle Marx—was laser scanned, labeled, carefully removed, stored, and then returned exactly to its place in the newly constructed glass house.
Linel provided and installed the AESS Category 2 structural steel, featuring a custom-engineered historic-style I-beam version of our SG1000 system. We also delivered operable thermally broken sloped windows powered by chain-driven electric motors, vertical windows driven by a continuous axle system, custom window screens, gutters, downspouts, and entrances.
We’re honored to have helped preserve this extraordinary space for future generations, in collaboration with Construction and /MANFREDI Architecture/Landscape/Urbanism. 🌿✨
