If you ordered meals from me last week this is for you! Costco employees, I will be delivering to Costco tomorrow (Wednesday 12/27) sometime in the afternoon. I’ll message you when I’ve dropped them off.

To everyone else, please message me your address or location you’d like me to deliver to. I will be available for delivery from 3pm-7pm! I will also be sending everyone a message in case this post gets missed!

Hello All You Lovely People! 👋🏻

I am dropping in here with an exciting announcement‼️💥

I would like to let you know I will be running one special meal prep during my winter break! 😎

Since it’s a weird time being during the holidays and my time being spread thin, I will only be doing one meal. That being said, I think it’s one of my fan favorites!

The meal I’ll be making is my Himalayan Salt Block Salmon With Jasmine Rice and Grilled Asparagus 🔥🤤. The meal will be ready for pick-up/potential delivery, Wednesday December 27th!

Price is $12 a plate.

Hello Everyone!!

I just wanted to drop in with a little life update…

As of recently I have taken an amazing position as the new Head Cook at Ellen Hopkins Elementary in Moorhead, MN!! Life is a very funny thing sometimes and it’s amazing what can change in just a matter of a couple months.

I’ve wanted to run a kitchen for years and now I’ve been blessed with the opportunity! I love my staff and my boss is everything you could want in a boss and then some!

Unfortunately this means I will NOT be selling meals anytime soon… However, working for a school means I’ll have summers off… soooo, keep your eyes peeled summer of 2024! 👀❤️🔥

Again, thank you all so much for the support over the years. I really couldn’t have made it this far without it!

🚨 Announcement!!! 🚨

First off I just want to thank every one of you for you patience and understanding during the past couple weeks. It’s been a wild ride! Between selling our home and moving out to averaging 100 plus meal sales every week all summer we have been so busy!! Not to mention trying to keep up with my almost 1 year old daughter!! ❤️😂💯

Anywho…

Back in Early May of this year I started talks with Concordia College in Moorhead about becoming a full time Chef there. I ultimately accepted the job and am starting a full time position with them in early August! I am stoked! However this means that I will be shutting down the business once again.

I am extremely grateful for the outpouring of support from friends, family, strangers, and my community. Without all of you Paulski’s Kitchen would be nothing!

This is not the end! 😎❤️

Hey There! Well it seems to be all fun and games until your grill catches on fire during the night and your brisket is cooked to a crisp! See photo for details. 😭. Unfortunately due to the circumstances being I lost 65lbs of good meat I need to switch up this menu item.

In order to best satisfy the premium cost of this meal I will be doing my Grilled Sirloin Steaks with my cheesy mushroom and onion risotto (if you think you don’t like mushrooms, trust me you can’t even taste them in the dish ❤️) and grilled asparagus or sub green beans!

I am so deeply sorry about this major inconvenience. Brisket will be done again and redeemed next week! Please let me know if you’d still like to place an order for these new meals or if you want a refund!

Wow… 700… to even get a congrats on anything from Facebook is enormous. I started this business 2 years ago and I’m just becoming speechless at this point. The out pouring of support from friends, family, strangers, and my community as a whole is just unreal. Thank you Anyone and Everyone who is supporting this journey!! It’s truly a wild ride!

I would be no where without the help and support of my incredible wife though. She’s been my right hand and Sous Chef De Cuisine since the very beginning! My rock, my Queen, my soldier! I love you Diana! 🙏🏼❤️

Hey Everyone!! Just dropping in to announce that there will be NO MEALS for the week of July 11th. My wife and I sold our house and we close on July 15th so this week is pretty hectic for us! We appreciate the understanding and patience! ❤️

Word on the street has it my famous Traeger Smoked Beef Brisket will be making an appearance on the menu for the Week of July 18th?! 👀🥩💨🔥.
