Have a workshop coming up on how retailers and services businesses can prepare for the upcoming holiday season. Between supply chain issues, shipping delays, and the pandemic, it's going to be another atypical sales season. What challenges are you expecting to face in your business this holiday season? Is there merchandise you are worried about not being able to get, or do you have concerns about not being able to have the supplies on hand that you need to operate?

We can expect another atypical holiday shopping season this year. Retailers and service businesses will be faced with some big challenges, but also some unique opportunities.

I'm starting a new subscription service for people to email me their business website and marketing questions. Things like "how do I [do technical website thing]?" or "Is this email I got from my hosting company legit?" or "I am thinking about implementing a new marketing strategy and I would like your input." These are all real questions I have gotten from clients recently.

Some of the topics I am available to answer questions about would include:
--Website technical issues, including questions about hosting and SSL certificates
--Search engine optimization
--Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google My Business
--Social media marketing and advertising
--Email marketing
--Sales and marketing strategy

In addition to email support, I would also be available to these customers on a per-project basis, meaning if you need me to do some actual work on your website or marketing once in a while, I will quote you a rate for a one-off project.
