This week we're celebrating the friendly faces and helpful voices behind 702's Customer Service team. Whether they're answering your questions, helping with bills, pointing you to the right department, or greeting you with a smile, this team makes a difference every single day.

A special thank you to Judi for taking the time to recognize our Customer Service team with coffee and donuts. Your thoughtfulness made their week brighter and reminds us all how much a little gratitude means! 💐

Big news for communications infrastructure in Minnesota.

702 Communications and Fiber Minnesota have announced our intent to merge, creating Minnesota's largest independent telco-owned telecommunications and fiber transport provider.

Building on years of collaboration through Aurora Fiber Optic Networks, the combined company will operate a carrier-grade network spanning more than 10,000 route miles and serving hundreds of communities across Minnesota and the surrounding region.

"This is a natural evolution of 702 and Fiber Minnesota's partnership," said Ken Budd, CEO of 702 Communications. "With our combined resources, expertise, and network assets, we can serve a broader customer base, from multi-dwelling unit properties and small businesses to national carriers and hyperscale operators."

⚾️ There is something special about a 7:02 start time when it’s for you! It’s a fun nod to our long-standing partnership with the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks! 7:02 is more than a start time - it’s a symbol of a partnership rooted right here in the heart of Fargo-Moorhead. Last night, the 702 team and their families celebrated that bond on the party deck to watch our hometown team under a perfect summer sky. Thank you, Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks Baseball for a great night of baseball!

📡 WiFi Tip: Your router hates the floor! Keep it elevated and out of closets to instantly boost your apartment's signal. Give it some breathing room for better Netflix binges. 🍿 https://702com.net/residential/
