It's National Personal Chef Day today! So I thought i would reintroduce myself to any new followers. My name is Kari Johnson and I have been a personal chef in the F-M area for almost 8 years now. All the meals I make are centered around what a person or family is trying to build around their food. Whether its focusing more on getting the nutrition on healthier items or simply because they don't have time or patience for cooking. I truly love what I do while getting to know so many wonderful people in this community ❤️

Last night I made a 3 course Korean dinner for a recurring client. For the appetizer was bulgogi tacos- beef & vegetarian with tofu & mushrooms (not pictured), entree was chicken or tofu buldak with various banchan. Then dessert was yagkwa, a Korean cookie that seems similar to baklava. Guest were very delighted!

Grilled kabob rolls! These things are delicious! Take ground beef, pat onto a tortilla, slice, skewer, then either bake or grill. I made these mediterranean style, served with rice and kalamata aioli
