Moraga Handyman Hi, my name is Tim Staines and I'm a Moraga resident, parent, and handyman serving the residents of Lafayette, Moraga, and Orinda. No emergency calls.

Please reach out with any small jobs you might need help with. Small repairs, fixes, assemblies, and builds: in and around the home. Scheduled Rate: $150 for the first 30 minutes on site (covers my prep and travel to/from your Lamorinda address), $120/hr thereafter.

Thanks to everyone who has liked this page and/or shared it with a friend. I've had almost a dozen clients (double thanks to them!) welcome me for about 20 visits since I started this page last month. Since then I've done wall patches, heavy-duty shelf, mirror, and hook hanging, lighting installations, gutter, dryer vent, and HVAC cleaning, weather sealing, door k**b coring, cabinet door and drawer repairs, appliance installing/adjusting, copper pipe capping . . . you get the idea. It's been a little bit of everything. So thank you!

I'm happy to set up a complimentary 5 minute Zoom call to discuss your project(s) and determine if they are a fit for my skills/scope.

I can tackle small repairs, fixes, assemblies, and builds, in and around the home.

$150 for the first 30 minutes on site (covers my prep and travel to/from your Lamorinda address), $120/hr thereafter.

My rate schedule includes the cost of tools, but NOT additional supplies that might be needed to complete your job. Supplies can be purchased by customers in advance of the work, or I can purchase them and pass the cost along to you without markup, but my hourly rate will apply to the hardware store visit.

I don't take emergency calls . . . yet.

I don't do work outside of Lamorinda . . . yet.
