Joanna Thornburg was looking for a career where she could put her degree to work while making a meaningful impact. As a Benefit Specialist in Emerging Markets, she’s found just that, helping small businesses create benefit offerings that support their people!

Check vaccine requirements and school health forms, schedule required physicals, update medication and allergy documentation, and have a plan for sick days and accessing care.

For college students, confirm health coverage to avoid duplicate plans and ensure they have what they need to access care while away from home.

Eli Otten’s journey at MB started as an intern, where a collaborative project gave him a firsthand look at what it’s like to be part of the team. Now, he’s a full-time IT Specialist doing what he’s loved since he was a kid—working with computers!

One of his favorite parts of IT? Getting to work with just about everyone at MB. While he’s heard plenty of “horror stories” about the IT world, that hasn’t been his experience. Instead, he gets to work with "amazing people" every day.

From intern to IT Specialist, we’re glad Eli found his place at MB. 💻
