Getting the fine grading and drainage wrapped up on this new build. On this project we have handled all the dirt work.

•initial clearing
•grading for the homes slab & driveway
•septic system install
•gutter line install
•home/yard backfill, using top soil we stripped and piled during initial grading.
•positive drainage to meet code on all sides of the house.
•final driveway grade to prep for concrete.

Once everything is wrapped up we will power rake the yard and hydroseed it.

This project was a bit different than usual, this customer had a very narrow driveway with a steep rocky embankment and couldn’t access the garage safely. We came to their aid by cutting out a work area in the existing ground and strategically building it up in lifts using engineered Geogrid fabric to help with stability and compaction along with clean imported fill dirt. Throughout this process they gained another 10’ of useable width along the driveway.
