Division 2 – US Open King Mackerel Tournament Results
Team Freek‑A‑Leek claimed the top spot with a 44.55 lb kingfish, earning $162,933 in winnings and securing their place among the season’s standout performances. Congrats to the entire team on an exceptional catch.

The team Greasy Money is a North Carolina team! They are made up of Captain Jeff Tyson; Owner of Tyson Automotive boat owner and wheel man on the boat. And Randy Findeisen co-captain and back up wheel man. As well as Riley Findeisen gaff man and rig maker and
Randy Findeisen Jr. dedicated angler. Janie Findeisen keeps everyone fed and in b**r! She is the one who keeps things going.

They have been fishing off and on for about 4 years and are sponsored by the Captain’s business - Tyson Automtive!

They are not super superstitious when it comes to tournament fishing, but maybe that’s why they have done so well this year, coming in second overall in the Battle of Onslow Bay and first in the Snead’s Ferry tournament!

• Online registration closes Wednesday at 12:00 (midnight).
