On this 250th anniversary, we wish a great Independence Day to all fellow Americans, along with our utmost admiration for those who have selflessly sacrificed—and those who continue to sacrifice—in every capacity to uphold the spirit and virtues upon which this great nation was built.

We wish all professional Merchant Mariners safety on the marine highways that have allowed our great country to thrive and protect America, even before the formation of our liberty. Merchant Mariners continue to make sacrifices today, spending time away from family, friends, and loved ones in service to our nation.
