As I work toward completing my level 3 Qoya training this year, I am offering free classes for private groups.
Qoya Inspired Movement is a spiritual embodiment practice weaving together the ritual of sacred space, intention setting, and breathwork with body movement set to music. Qoya classes are a place to strengthen our inherent resilience, rest in our essence, and remember the Divine within us. Qoya reminds us of what we already know intuitively about ourselves: that we are wise, wild and free.
No dance experience or skill is needed to drop into our bodies and experience this nourishing and playful spiritual practice. All body types and abilities and all spiritual faiths are welcome.
Contact me about upcoming classes or about booking one for your group.
