Large IT projects run 45 percent over budget and deliver 56 percent less value than predicted, according to McKinsey and the University of Oxford.

AI projects are on track to repeat that pattern, and most of the damage happens in the first few weeks, when nobody will say the scope is wrong or the data isn’t ready.

We plan for the data cleanup and legacy integrations every AI tool depends on. We keep one team from kickoff through go live, and measure success by whether people actually use the system.

We believe that we do our best work when we see each other, spend time together, and learn from one another. Lunch and Learn is one way we live that out, around a table in the office or on a screen from home.

Topics range from the latest in AI to getting more out of LinkedIn to staying mindful and present at work. Anyone can lead a session on something they are learning in their day to day.

Getting better is a habit we practice on ourselves first. That habit of learning from each other travels with our team members onto every client project.

Our team members work across client sites, home offices, and time zones for most of the year, so our company picnic is one of the few days we're all together in person.

This year we spent part of the day talking about friendship and the role it plays in how we work. When people know each other well, they ask for help earlier, share honest feedback, and take real ownership of their work.
