We were having an issue with springtails, and finding anyone to help was proving difficult. Then Victor contacted us and we left a message. He thoroughly walked us through our options to resolve the issue ourselves and even sent links to articles he had written on the subject. He also let us know that if the problem continued, we could reach back out and they would come out to help. Thanks to his guidance, we were able to resolve the issue on our own. After personally vetting a number of in teams in the tri-state area (I'm a mold illness recovery specialist with a mold illness history myself), I decided to hire GreenWorks to inspect and remediate the house that my husband and I were moving into.
