Positions: General Agent & Scratch/First Line Managers needed for our client in OH, MI, NC & SC
As a General Agent & Scratch/First Line Manager, you will:
-Manage team of Sales Mangers & Financial Advisor
-Recruit new advisors on board to train, mentor, and do joint field work
-Build and maintain client base, keep client plans up-to-date and acquire new clients on an ongoing basis
-Contact clients periodically to determine if there have been changes in their financial status
-Provide knowledgeable, objective financial guidance and customized to consumer segments that demand high quality service
-Sell financial products and services including life insurance, annuities and investment options
-Applicant should have an interest in sales and "winning" assets
-Advisors at Equitable build their book of business from the ground up with help from our training programs. This involves mostly sales in the beginning. This will require a sales and Entrepreneurial mindset
