Customer told me she'd been vacuuming up ladybugs all day. Said she'd follow me upstairs. I ran up, sprayed the whole floor, came back to the stairs just as she made it to the top.

She goes, "We can start in this bedroom."

"Ma'am, I'm done."

The look on her face. "Wow, you're so fast!"

We took care of them.

Nobody died.

Got a call from a lady while I was driving to Iowa. She told me about her friend's cat that infested her whole house with fleas.

She told me the same story 10 times. I just listened.

At the end she said, "You are the most helpful person I've ever met. I'm leaving you a five-star review just for being so friendly."
.. I barely said two words the whole call.

Homeowner asked if we were there to fix the furnace. Nope. Just here for the spiders.
