Alliance Health has launched a new AI-powered provider search experience that makes it easier for members, caregivers and families to find the care they need.

The redesigned provider directory allows users to search in plain language such as โ€œhelp for a child with ADHDโ€ โ€“ rather than requiring knowledge of clinical terms or provider specialties.

At Alliance, we recognize that the communities we serve are through partnership, investment and service. Alliance recently awarded Community Impact Sponsorships to local organizations in our counties.

These organizations receiving sponsorships focus on improving food security and access to healthy food and nutrition education, and include local shelters, mobile markets, food banks/hubs, and neighborhood pantries that provide local food. One of our recent recipients is the Catholic Parish Outreach Food Pantry in Raleigh, whose mission is to serve those in need in our community by feeding the hungry and providing clothing as needed.

"The funding from Alliance is incredibly important for us. We want to reach as many people as possible," Program Director of Catholic Parish Outreach Food Pantry, Kelly Rappl said. "With the dollars we received from Alliance, we will be able to continue and expand our mobile food markets."
