Happy Holidays to all!

We had some great milestones for our company that we celebrated this year. We earned top scores on our quality assurance calls in 2022. Our company also celebrated several anniversaries with our employees that remain committed to bringing our customers top-quality service.

To all of our customers, we hope you had a year full of professional achievements as well! This holiday season we hope everyone can take their much-deserved time off and enjoy the festivities the end of the year brings. One way that we can accommodate our clients different needs is by offering in bound e-mail and text message monitoring. This capability allows us to receive and deliver any messages that would be sent to your account through those platforms. We can then deliver the messages to you in your preferred method. So if your office receives text alerts or emails for applications, new patients, alarms in the office or complexes, or estimates and new jobs- let our operator handle the managing of those messages. We will then deliver them to your team based on your instructions. This will free up time from your office to handle other pressing issues while we take care of monitoring those important messages! Did you know you can set up a meeting with someone from our management team to discuss your account and procedures? We love to get feedback on how your messages and account are being handled and if there are any changes you may want to try.
When it would be convenient for you, one of our team members would meet with you over a zoom meeting that we have set up at your preferred time. We will go over the questions in your script. You can add or change any to cater the information we gather to your account's needs. We will review the emergency list and make sure all items are still current, and add or remove any necessary. We will discuss procedures for reaching on-call personnel and any escalation procedures you have in place.
Our number one goal is to make sure our clients are pleased with the account procedures and a meeting with our team would be a great way to do so!
After the meeting, we will send you an overview through our [email protected] e-mail. You can approve any changes that were discussed during the meeting and sent in the follow-up e-mail. Or feel free to send us any changes in writing to that e-mail address with your account number.

We have several different products to fit your company's needs. Let us take one more thing off your hands and help with scheduling appointments or estimates. Any office that uses an API (Application Programming Interface) for their programs, can be used by our operators in your account! We can not only take your caller's information and send messages but we can book appointments, view import tenant information, and much more. If your company uses a google calendar for scheduling purposes, we can import the calendar and view open dates and times that our operators can schedule appointments, estimates, showings, and more. You can change and edit dates and times that are viewed by operators to keep it up to date with any plans you may have! Did you know you can make payments online through our website? When accessing https://newtownanswering.com/ , from the main page you start by clicking on "Customer Login". Under that drop down there is an option "Make a Payment". You are able to login with your e-mail and password that was created with the account the first time you logged into the payment portal.
If you do not have a log in or need assistance with one created previously, simply follow the step to "Don't have an Account?" or "Forgot Password" on the login page.
When logged in you can view all invoices and payments on your account. We know the mail can be slow at times and things get lost. Make payments fast and accurately. We accept eChecks or credit cards for payment. You can even setup automatic payments avoiding any concern of late or missing payments. We'll always send you the invoice before processing payment, this gives you some time to review the invoice. We'll process payment 5 days after the invoice due date. We can even set you up with emailed invoices, cutting back on the additional paper, which is great for the environment and leaves one less thing to worry about.

We have several different products to fit your companies needs. One type of messaging service we offer is Secure Text Messaging. There is no additional charge for this service and it comes with many added features.
For out medical customers Secure Texting is HIPAA compliant and allows us to send messages with PHI information using a simple verification step to protect information. When a message is received, there is a link included. Click the link, enter a passcode and view your message.
Passcodes are customizable so they are easily remembered for all users. You can even add notes in the message for your own use if needed. Secure Texting also allows you to easily access the message and when you do it will automatically confirm that you read the message. No need to respond with a confirmation reply.
Secure Texting comes with our Secure Call Back which allows you the ability to call back the caller while hiding your cell phone number. We can even display your offices number to your patients so they know who is returning their call. To learn more please gives a call and we can set you up with this fantastic product.

With the summer months here, everyone is looking forward to holidays and vacations. Our operators are here 24/7 to take care of all of your caller's needs so you can take a break! It is a huge help for our team to know when our customer will be out of the office during normal business hours. If you do plan on being out of the office on any normal business days, please send an email to [email protected] and inform us. We greatly appreciate the insight so we know what days to add more coverage to continue seamless operations. If there are any temporary changes to procedures for these times, you can include them in the e-mail as well. We wish everyone a fantastic summer.

Did you know you can access your company's directory and on call
schedule through our web portal? You can access the portal by going to https://newtownanswering.com/ and click on "Customer Login". With your username and password you are able to view your directory and on call schedules for your account.
If you did not set up web access for your account you can request it by sending an e-mail to [email protected] with your account number included. It is helpful to periodically check your account directory to make sure phone numbers are still current.
We can remove or add any employees that are in the directory to keep it up to date. You can find the procedures that are currently in place for each contact by clicking on the them in the directory or on schedule.
Procedures can be customized for each contact, or streamlined for the whole account if that is preferred. If any changes are needed simply send an email to [email protected] and our team will be glad to make them for you.

I am proud and pleased to announce that Newtown and Flemington Answering Service has earned the 2020 CAM-X Award of Excellence! This is the sixth year we have entered the CAM-X program presented by CAM-X a trade association for telephone answering and call center industry.

The Award of Excellence program has been created to promote excellence in service and knowledge for answering services entrusted with their client’s business reputations.

Agents are judged on speed of answer, tone of voice, language skills, accuracy of the message, courtesy to the caller and overall professionalism.
