For my birthday, I am sharing some sage business information. Forget the adage, the customer is always right. It was replaced by the global village mentality. Now the new consensus is to treat your customers better than you treat your family. COVID-19 has changed our world for the foreseeable future. Be the best, be flexible, and stealthy in your planning and you can survive this crisis, and glide into the new normal. I am working on a video series on business start-ups and non-profit creation that I will publish next week. Stay tuned great things are coming!

Change was the theme for 2019, and opportunity would be the theme for 2020. While we are all on lockdown, I am working to share something special with my followers.
