One of our favorite things to see after taking on a new client is the client noticing the difference, too.

More followers. More people seeing their work. More questions about where the numbers came from.

Recently, one client saw one of their posts reach more than 8,000 people and another metric increase by more than 1,000%. Another jumped 683%.

And no, there wasn't anything magical happening behind the scenes.

We simply started showing more of what was already there: incredible craftsmanship, beautiful woodworking, and the people behind the work.

The talent was already there. The story was already there. We just helped their social media match it.

That's what we mean when we say we help our clients make their outsides match their insides.

Good work deserves to be seen.

Everyone needs a Katie on their team. Some days it’s strategy. Some days it’s client meetings. Some days it’s answering questions, solving problems, and figuring out what needs to happen next.

Katie has a hand in a little bit of everything around here, and somehow manages to juggle it all with grace, a good sense of humor, and a relatively calm face.

As a marketer, owner, strategist, and professional plate-spinner, she keeps a lot of moving pieces moving in the right direction.

Grace under pressure. Strategy on the brain. No less than 48 tabs open, and music is playing from somewhere.

And yet somehow, it all gets done. We're so fortunate to have Katie.

When that first photo was taken, VantagePoint was still taking shape, and so were the families behind it.

Fast forward a few years, and the babies are in elementary school, the team has grown, and the business looks a little different than it did then.

One thing we’re especially grateful for? The clients who have been with us through all of it.

They’ve trusted us through new babies, new owners, new branding, new ideas, and plenty of changes along the way. And as VantagePoint continues to grow, we’re just as grateful for the new clients joining us for whatever comes next.

Marketing is built on relationships, and some of ours have grown right alongside us.

Some people keep things moving. Jess keeps things connected and helps others understand how it all fits together.

From social media access and troubleshooting to tackling big design projects, Jess is one of those people who can quietly step in, figure it out, and not only solve the problem, but explain the “why” behind it so it makes sense for everyone involved.

And when she isn’t solving a Facebook access issue or working through a big design project, she’s been putting in the work behind the scenes, continuing to build her skills and experience along the way, always learning, and just as often sharing what she’s learned.

Not every part of marketing happens in front of a client.

Some of it happens quietly behind the scenes, making sure the details are right and everything keeps moving.

That’s where Morgan comes in.

Morgan specializes in graphic design and email campaigns, bringing her creativity and attention to detail to the work we do every day. She may not be on-site as often as Katie and Heather, but she plays just as integral a role in the VantagePoint team.

Though she be but tiny, she is mighty.

Some partnerships happen over Zoom. Others happen around a conference table. And sometimes, they happen behind the scenes at an annual meeting.

No two clients need the exact same thing, and that's exactly how we like it.

For the past few years, our team has had the opportunity to support the Highway 23 Coalition during their Annual Meeting, helping everything come together so their members can focus on the conversations that move their mission forward.

Some of our client relationships are fully virtual. Some are a blend of strategy sessions, phone calls, and in-person meetings. Others are centered around events and special projects.

Wherever you are, we'll meet you there.

Because making the outside match the inside isn't about fitting every client into the same process. It's about building the partnership that works best for your organization.

We’re usually the ones helping clients get comfortable in front of the camera, so this was a good reminder of just how nerve-wracking it can be. 😂

We’re so grateful for longtime partners like RV Tech Solutions and always enjoy the chance to work alongside their team. Getting to spend part of Farmfest together, do a little marketing of our own, and make the rounds visiting clients made for a pretty great day!

Looks like the VantagePoint Marketing Consultants, LLC crew understood the assignment.

Heather and Katie tracked down Joel with the Harmoning Agency at Farmfest and made sure to document the occasion with a selfie alongside their favorite sidekicks. Now we're officially throwing our hats in the ring for Joel's selfie contest.

A little behind the scenes from VantagePoint team photo day.

Getting everyone looking at the camera at the same time is hard enough. Adding a pack and play to the setup made it a little more interesting and fun.

It may not always look polished behind the scenes, but that is real life around here, and this team knows how to make it work!

It’s Thursday, and Katie and Karlie are still recovering from Monday and Tuesday.

They spent the first part of the week in St. Paul helping to document the inaugural Growing Minds Conference with Minnesota Agriculture in the Classroom and the Wisconsin Ag in the Classroom Program. Then, on Tuesday evening, they helped capture Minnesota Agriculture in the Classroom Foundation’s 40th Anniversary Celebration.

Between the two events, they gathered photos, video, and plenty of moments that will help tell both stories long after the week is over.

This work is especially close to home for Katie and Karlie because agriculture is such a big part of both of their lives.
