Evaluating CYP3A inhibition and induction is an important consideration in clinical drug development. This session presented by Sarah Oehm, PhD, and moderated by Katherine Yahvah, PhD, will share an LC-MS/MS assay developed by Alturas Analytics to simultaneously measure three endogenous CYP3A biomarkers in human plasma, providing a way to evaluate CYP3A activity without administering a traditional probe substrate.
