DUE TO A MASSIVE POWER OUTAGE AT OUR MOULTRIE PLANT WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP ANY ORDERS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
Parts Associates will be able to take your calls & process orders remotely, but we are unable to do any shipments until the power at the Plant is restored.
We greatly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and have crews diligently working to get the problem resolved as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA when that might be. We will post updates here as we receive them.

Hey hey Ice House fam!
The Parts Department will be closed next Monday, Sept. 1st, in observance of Labor Day!
With it being the last holiday weekend of the summer, it's very important that you get your parts orders in sooner rather than later! As a reminder, our cutoff time for same day FedEx/UPS shipping is 2:00pm EST. Orders placed after that are not guaranteed to ship same day (though we will try our best)!

🚨MDB Pro Button Update🚨

While we still do not have a clear ETA on the standard MDB Pro Bag/Bulk buttons, our awesome Engineers have come up with an alternative that can be used in the meantime!

-H00497 Blue Push Button can be used in place of H00972 MDB Blue Bulk Button
-H00498 White Push Button can be used in place of H02441 MBD White Bulk Button
- ‎H01176 Bag/Bulk pricing decals (shown in the 2nd picture) can also be purchased separately to indicate which button is which since these alternatives do not come with printed labels on them. We would just need you to specify the weight & price for each type.

If you already had an existing order for the original MDB Pro buttons, you should have received an email from Tabitha over the weekend with this same information. Please be sure to respond to it as soon as possible so we can get you taken care of!

Due to building maintenance being done at the plant, the Parts Department will not be able to ship out any orders tomorrow (Friday, July11th).

We will still be able to take calls & process orders, but any orders placed will not ship out until Monday, July 14th. If you think there may be anything you will need before the weekend, PLEASE get an order in as soon as possible!

We greatly apologize for the short notice (we were just notified ourselves) & any inconvenience this may cause!
