We are excited for this 2026-2027 season to commence! Located in Front Royal Virginia, serving VA, MD, and West Virginia! we are a full-time, competition quality, taxidermy studio specializing in everything from North American to overseas game from feathers to hair to scales. We put our quality first with master taxidermist and judge, Dalton Jeffers, and master habitat specialist, Thomas Jeffers, that work together to preserve memories and create artwork that everyone in your house will enjoy.

Here at Rock Ridge Wildlife Artistry we take pride in the quality of our work. All mounts include competition-grade reproduction parts that have been molded and sculpted by Dalton Jeffers from earliners to detailed replacement noses. No mount is mounted on a regular form as Dalton takes pride in making sure each deer is unique and fitted properly. Our custom habitats are made to fit your vision and created by Thomas Jeffers to give you the most realistic and best quality addition to your mount!

If you harvest that special trophy this year, reach out to us to preserve your memory and give you the quality you deserve.

From the taxidermists here at Rock Ridge Wildlife Artistry, good luck this season and hope to hear from you soon!

Good luck all MD hunters today as it’s opening day of deer season. We are taking in work again this year. With that being said there are a couple new updates.

First is that we no longer have the Mount airy location. We will come up to MD and cape and skull cap all deer for CWD laws. If you happen to harvest a deer please call and let me know and i will let you know when I’m coming to MD and freeze the deer.

Second is we are now requiring that before the Mount is to be started I will call you a week before I start it and the remaining Balance is due. This is being done as a couple deer were never picked up or even reached back out about. No work will be put in Que without a 50% deposit. This is also a full time job and this is how we pay our bills. If you know you may have trouble with this feel free to call or text to make arrangements.

I will be in Mount airy/ Damascus area tomorrow for the day so any deer harvested today or tomorrow morning I will have my tools with me to prep them for transport.

Thank you,
