Once your design is finalized, our in-house permitting experts will coordinate and obtain all the necessary permits for your signs. Our knowledge and permit expertise spans out entire coverage area of Washington DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Southern Pennsylvania. DMS manufactures signs of all types in our UL approved shop. From ADA complaint interior signs, to channel letters, to large pylons, our experiences technicians are proficient in all aspects of the manufacturing process. As custom fabricators, we take pride in each and every sign we produce. We have a fun fabrication facility, complete with CNC routing, brake machinery, engraving, as well as plastics and paint departments. Our install crews are experiences in installing signs of all types, sizes and technical design. From large pylons, where we handle the excavation, foundation, and installation of the sign to high-rise buildings where scaffolding is required, there is no job too big or too small for us to expertly install. Our crane and crane bucket trucks reach 90' allowing us to handle most projects with in-house equipments. Our service technicians are well trained on the latest technology and because we carry most replacement parts on our vehicles, the majority of service calls are completed on the first trip. Our service team is dedicated to maintaining your signs in the best possible working condition. We provide service throughout Washington DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Southern Pennsylvania.
