WhitFit Personal Training It's all about balance. I have been certified in personal training since 1994, and have a degree in Dance.

I taught exercise and dance classes from the late 80's until 1999. I took time off to raise my children, but never lost my passion for health and fitness. I became active again as a personal trainer January 2010, and am anxious to help those who want to help themselves.

🤔 Have you seen the commercial where Frank has to use an antacid because he does everything fast? It made me think, and I realized that Frank probably wouldn’t need an antacid if he 1) slowed down, 2) sat down to eat (rest and digest), and 3) didn’t eat fast food 😂
