Automate your 3CX with VoIPTools :

Agent Greetings - When an agent answers a queue call, this tool automatically plays a pre-recorded message recorded by the specific agent answering the call.

Audio Scheduler - 3CX Audio Scheduler is great for notifying employees break times, shift changes, and more.

Auto Call Back - When you call an extension and the number busy, now you can choose to either leave a voicemail or request a call back when the extension becomes available.

Auto Logout - Auto Logout monitors whether a queue agent has missed multiple consecutive calls. If the permitted number of missed calls is exceeded, the service will automatically log the agent out of the queue.

Auto Self ID - 3CX Company Directory, you must first record a self-identification message for each extension. This service checks for missing self-identification messages and auto creates them for you using text-to-speech on a scheduled basis (typically nightly).

Auto Voicemail - With Auto Voicemail, when you are routed to a customer’s voicemail box, you can let Auto Voicemail leave the voicemail for you.

Queue Notifier - Do you need an audible chime when too many people are waiting in the queue? This add-on enables you to set a threshold for the maximum number of people in the queue or maximum hold time.

Recording Beep - Once the phone call has started to record, the 3CX Recording Beep waits for the specified initial delay (in seconds) and then plays an audible beep to alert both the call participants about the ongoing call recording.

Do Not Call - A Windows service that monitors all outbound calls. If the dialed number is on an internal Do-Not-Call list, then the call will be dropped; and the dialing extension will receive an email notification if it has been selected in the ‘Send Email’ list.
