I made a Manninen Family Policy Handbook - no, I'm not kidding.⁠

I know the power of having written procedures and policies. When you get stuck, there's a place to go for answers. You don't have to spend hours on YouTube or Pinterest searching for how to do the damn thing. Or trying to decide if you even *need* to do it!⁠

And now we don't have to either. It's a work in progress, but trust me: the first 2 weeks have been the least hectic and most sane our family of 6 has had in a long time. And I'll share a template for making your own, just let me know if you'd like one in a DM.⁠

A new year means resolutions, right?

Well, not always. This year I've done goals instead of resolutions. Statistically, by setting specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely (SMART) goals, you are more likely to achieve them than by setting vague resolutions.

I'm using to set my goals and break them up into manageable pieces and I'm loving it!
