Flynn’s Towing was proud to participate in the Forensic Training Group’s Heavy Vehicle Event Data Recorder Technician and Analyst course in Trenton, NJ, this week—and you’ll spot our team in the photos!

Led by instructors Mike Conley and Jared Sharp, the course gave New Jersey State Police students hands-on experience retrieving and analyzing event data recorder (EDR) data from heavy vehicles to support crash investigations.

Thank you to Forensic Training Group and the New Jersey State Police for the opportunity to be involved in this valuable training.

This week, Forensic Training Group is running classes on separate coasts — 5,000 miles apart. In Trenton, NJ, instructors Mike Conley and Jared Sharp are leading the Heavy Vehicle Event Data Recorder Technician and Analyst course, giving New Jersey State Police students hands-on training in retrieving and analyzing EDR data from heavy vehicles.

Meanwhile, in Maui, HI, instructors Brad Muir and Mark Wright are training students on the Toyota GTS+ and Techstream systems, building the skills needed to work confidently with Toyota's diagnostic and data retrieval tools.
Different coasts, different curricula, same standard: expert instruction and practical, real-world training for the forensic and traffic crash reconstruction community.
