October is National Popcorn Poppin’ Month! 🍿 🌽

This is the month that farmers head out to the fields to harvest this delicious and nutritious snack. Not only is popcorn high in fiber and packed full of antioxidants called polyphenols, which can help reduce inflammation and protect against cellular damage, this whole grain is also non-GMO, vegan, and gluten-free. 😊👍🏼🙌🏼

Enjoy it with savory or sweet toppings…or both (think kettle corn or Chicago-style)!

What’s your favorite way to enjoy popcorn?
