Sometimes getting a roof approved isn’t a quick process—but persistence matters.

This Franklin, Tennessee homeowner spent four to five months going back and forth with insurance before the full project was finally approved. Now, our Quality RRC crew is on site getting the work done.

This is what we call a “money shot” when inspecting a roof for hail damage. 👀

This hailstone hit directly between two shingles, damaging both sides in the exact same spot. That’s important because it gives us strong evidence that what we’re seeing is actual hail damage—not ordinary wear, scuffing, or marring on a single shingle.

And this wasn’t the only hit. There were plenty of other visible hail bruises across the roof to support the damage we documented.

The result? Insurance approved the claim, and this entire church is getting a brand-new roof, gutters, and more.
