I’m offering a deal right now for anyone wanting to lose weight. All sessions will be $25 for an hour if you sign up for 2 or more sessions a week. My goal is to teach you what you need to know to create a sustainable diet and make exercise a habit. Message me if you would like help or if you have any questions.

Things to note:
The gym I train people at is an at home gym (not my home). It does not have a bathroom. The gym is located in Mount Juliet. I am currently only able to train people after 4pm On most days.

If you are looking for a quick and simple breakfast in the morning you can make an egg breakfast bowl. I put 2 eggs, 1/4 a cup of milk, a sprinkle of Mexican style cheese, and a tablespoon of real bacon bits in a bowl and mixed them up. I placed the bowl in the microwave for 40 seconds stired them and microwaved them for another 50 seconds. If they don’t look quite done put them back in for a few more seconds. You can also add peppers, hash browns, onions, spinach or anything else you choose. Much healthier than a pop tart or bowl of cereal.

I’m taking steps to help strengthen the arches of my feet and to build my ankle strength to get my feet back into alignment and help with back pain. I’m starting off by rolling the arches of my feet with a small ball. I’ll be posting the other two steps I’ll be taking after this.
