Diamond Properties continues to expand its industrial portfolio with the acquisition of a 100,301-square-foot industrial facility in Brunswick, Ohio, located within the greater Cleveland industrial market.
The property, located at 1120 West 130th Street, is fully leased to I.D. Images LLC through June 2031 and serves as the company’s corporate headquarters, order fulfillment and distribution facility.
With strong highway access, 30-foot clear heights, 13 dock doors and approximately 7.3 acres, the property represents another strategic addition to our growing industrial portfolio.
