James D Floyd, CFO J.D. provides companies across the globe the opportunity to engage a dedicated, full-time interim CFO. Thus J.D.’s specialized interim CFO services were born.

In his experience working with several large companies, J.D. Floyd discovered that many of them, despite having a strong need for an interim CFO, were a bit leery of bringing one on board. They needed someone with executive-level experience and knowledge to help them get things back in order, but only for a limited engagement. They found that those available to work the time needed were not skille

d enough or that they had the high-level abilities but wanted a position that was more long-term. As a high-level interim CFO, J.D. is able to provide the necessary expertise to help companies get back on the road to sustainability and profitability. His experience includes serving clients ranging from privately owned to publicly traded Fortune 500 entities and spans the globe. Once his target goals have been met and the company is where it needs to be, J.D. returns the reins to management or transitions the role to the company’s new CFO.
