A customer called to state that her washing machine was producing foul odors in the laundry room. I thoroughly cleaned the machine to eliminate the cause of the odor.

Appliance Repair isn't always as simple as replacing a part and collecting payment. Sometimes, it's quite time consuming and labor intensive. This washing machine had a water leak that tested my knowledge of how appliances operate and my skill at troubleshooting the root cause. Turns out the washer just needed washing!

Hidden bake element replacement on a KitchenAid Range today. What would have taken 10 minutes on an older range took about an hour and a half on this model. The range had to be removed from the cabinets all while protecting floors, counter tops, and the glass cooktop.
