Think of drayage as a trade show's checked-bag fee. They publish a rate, they charge you by the pound, and you can't exactly talk them down.

So we weigh your booth before anybody builds it. Every crate, every panel, every case, added up on paper and run against their rate. You get an estimate up front.

We can't promise it will be dead on - but we've done enough of these to guess well.

Those eye-popping magenta towers? We printed them.

"Drayage" is one of those industry terms that we're happy to explain to our clients.

Drayage is what you pay for the show to move your freight from the dock to your booth space, and then back to the dock when you're done.

At some events you're also chipping in for the carpet in the aisles. Somebody has to cover it, so they split it across everyone in the hall.

We can't make it less expensive, but we can make sure you're prepared.

TRUECar came to NADA Show one year with a big idea: a double-decker booth.

Two stories. A magenta-outlined canopy you could pick out from anywhere on the floor. An open staircase that made the climb part of the experience instead of something tucked away in a corner. Edge-lit kiosks downstairs, and a lounge and meeting space on the ground floor so the whole footprint stayed useful.

Going vertical is one of the best moves available to a brand that wants presence without sprawling across the hall. It just takes planning, and a partner who's done it before.

Honestly, big swings are our favorite projects to work on.
