We’re excited to share that SoftSpace is up for multiple ExSys Awards this year!

Our work has been recognized across four categories:
- Best Medium Island Exhibit
- Best Graphics
- Best Design Detail
- People’s Choice Award

Each category reflects a different part of what goes into a great exhibit: the big-picture design, the visual presence, the craft, and the details that make the whole experience feel intentional.

This kind of recognition belongs to the full team behind the work: designers, builders, graphics, project managers, show services, clients, partners, and everyone who helps bring an idea from first sketch to show floor.

We’re proud of the nominations, and we’d love your support in the People’s Choice Award.

Voting is open now through June 8th! Cast your vote here: https://exhibitcitynews.com/exsys-awards/

Thank you for cheering us on.

A great show experience does not happen by accident.

It comes from people owning the details before they become problems.

The layout.
The timeline.
The client questions.
The install plan.
The little things that decide whether a team feels prepared or overwhelmed.

That is where SoftSpace does some of our most important work.

Because when every person treats the experience like it belongs to them, the client feels it.

They walk in with confidence.

They know who to call.

They know someone is looking out for them.

And they get to focus on the reason they came to the show in the first place.

Experience the show, not the stress.

The fastest way to make a show harder than it needs to be? Start fumbling for things onsite.

A lot of show stress does not come from some huge disaster. It comes from dumb stuff. Something is not labeled. Nobody knows where it went. The team stops moving. Now three people are involved in solving a problem that probably could have been avoided the day before.

That is how setups get messy fast.

What makes teams look sharp is usually not anything flashy. It is having a system. Labeling materials. Knowing where things go. Thinking through the handoff before you are standing in the booth trying to figure it out in real time.

That kind of prep saves time, saves energy, and keeps people from spiraling over something small.

The more complex your business is, the harder your booth has to work.

Not by explaining everything at once. By creating a clear entry point.

At a show like NADA, attendees are moving quickly. They may not have time to decode a complicated product, service, or value proposition from the aisle.

That is why the exhibit has to help simplify the first step.

For WarrCloud Inc., the booth needed to make the brand feel clear, credible, and approachable without overloading the space.

That means giving people enough context to understand why they should stop.

It means giving the team a natural place to begin the conversation.

It means using the environment to create confidence instead of confusion.

A strong booth does not need to say everything.

It needs to make the right conversation easier to start.

Proud to help WarrCloud show up at National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) 2026.

Success is not just how the booth looks.

A lot of teams come into the exhibiting process with gaps. Not because they are not capable, but because exhibiting has a lot of moving parts and a lot of things people only learn by doing.

You are asking a team to show up, perform, sell, represent the brand well, and then turn around and do it all again at the next show. They need more than a nice space. They need clarity. They need support. They need to feel ready.

That is usually the real win for us: when clients leave feeling more prepared than they were before.

People know more about your brand before they ever walk into your booth now.

Audiences are doing more homework, asking better questions, and showing up with a stronger sense of what they want. AI is a big reason why. It is making information easier to get and easier to compare, which means brands have less time to explain themselves from scratch once someone steps into the space.

That is why the next few years are going to push exhibitors to think differently.

Think about how to use AI in a way that actually fits the experience you are creating. Something functional. Something clear. Something that adds to the space instead of feeling like it was thrown in because it is trendy.

The brands that handle that well are going to feel a lot more ready for where show floors are headed.

Most show-day stress does not come from one big problem.

It comes from the small unknowns piling up.

Will the graphics land correctly?
Will the booth flow the way we planned?
Will the space feel ready when the team arrives?
Will the details hold up once the floor opens?

For Motive at NADA, the goal was to remove as many of those unknowns as possible before showtime.

That is where a strong exhibit partner matters.

The work is not just the build. It is the planning, communication, handoff, installation, and hundreds of small decisions that make the final experience feel steady.

When those pieces are handled, the team can stop managing the booth and start using it.

That is what confidence really looks like at a show.

Not hype. Readiness.

Proud to help Motive show up with confidence at National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) 2026.

The best work usually comes from teams that actually like working together.

You can feel that here.

A lot of people talk about teamwork like it is a given, but it really changes the work when people trust each other, step in, and know how to solve problems together. That kind of closeness shows up everywhere, especially in an industry where so much depends on timing, communication, and being able to rely on the person next to you.

That is part of what makes a strong team different. Not just skill, but the way people show up for each other.

And when that foundation is there, clients feel it too.

Join us in celebrating two big moments for our team member Melonie Etse:

Melonie is marking 7 years with SoftSpace, and we’re also excited to celebrate her promotion to Operations Coordinator!

Operations work is where the details become the difference. It takes organization, follow-through, communication, and the ability to keep things moving without skipping a beat.

Melonie brings that kind of steady care to our team, and this next step is well earned.

Melonie, thank you for the dedication, heart, and consistency you’ve brought to SoftSpace over the last 7 years. We’re proud to celebrate this milestone and excited to see you grow in your new role.
