We specialize in killing downtime, and creating a very handsome R.O.I. Many of our largest customers,started with something they simply dreaded paying for and changing. As time moves onward , it is becoming more and more apparent. The impact of Covid is definitely rearing its ugly head. From a breakdown in raw materials being supplied. Manufacturers and businesses are on total overload. The trucking industry appears to be in the mix. A lack of help to manufacture, run equipment, and move forward. Issues acquiring much needed parts to keep running.
Parts that are exceedingly hard to get.
It's a situation that one must do all they can to make it through . It's tough.
We at I.C.E. are willing and able to help alleviate many of the issues at hand.
We have the ability to process most wear parts and greatly extend the life of the same. Requiring fewer parts while minimizing the relentlessly enemy down time. Helping to keep all on the plus side with productivity.

Well all appear super busy, long hours/days/weeks seems the norm. Its good and can be bad. The last thing one needs to incur, is downtime. In many cases all forward progress gets put on hold. In many circumstances , whether its the dozer sprocket, failed brakes on a truck, gear box on press, slitter blade even a chain saw chain. I.C.E. processed parts are more efficient and productive. Evil downtime is always costly, and in many cases put an entire line of people at a loss. The maintenance crews are already at their bust point. Well versed help is very hard to find, and training is expensive and truly takes time. The point being in the majority of cases, the life of equipment wear parts can be grossly improved . Agreed a bit of foresight is required, as it is a minmum 3 day process.
It is comman to establish a 2 to 3 times life advantage with a part that has been enhanced utilizing the ICE Process, some particular applications go to the ninth level.
The R.O.I. is quite substantial. Between loss of downtime, gain in production and R.O.I. it may be of great value to review our site at
