20 years. Countless lives impacted. One pretty incredible leader. ❤️

Today, we get to celebrate a very special milestone. John Luxem is celebrating 20 YEARS with Chicagoland Commissary/ Dunkin' (our very first client)! 🎉🍩

John’s incredible leaders and the Dunkin’ team surprised him by sharing some of the ways he has impacted their lives over the years, and let’s just say there wasn’t a dry eye in the place. 🥹

They also presented him with the most amazing certificate recognizing his 20 years of leadership, commitment and impact. And yes, we have a feeling he’ll be framing that bad boy. 😉

What made the celebration so special wasn’t really the 20 years, though. It was hearing what John has meant to the PEOPLE he has led along the way.

That is what great leadership is all about.

We are incredibly lucky here at Restaurant HR Group to also have John’s leadership, wisdom and heart. He is simply a difference maker. He makes businesses better, leaders better and, most importantly, impacts the lives of the people around him.

John, from everyone at Dunkin’ and the entire RHR team, congratulations on an incredible 20 years!
