This is what happens when you put people and culture first!

A HUGE congratulations to the team at CKJ Management on receiving the inaugural Fuel the Flame Award at the Burger King convention!

And if that wasn't exciting enough, the team was also recognized from the main stage for the incredible culture they're building across their restaurants.

What makes this recognition so special is that it's not about one person. It's about an entire team of leaders who show up every day, raise the bar, and make their restaurants better.

If you've ever worked with Meghan Maas, you know there's one question she's probably going to ask...

"Is there an easier way to do this?"

And the funny thing is, more often than not, there is. You just need someone like Meghan to find it!

Meghan has a way of looking at challenges a little differently. She can take something complicated, break it down, and find a simpler, smarter way forward. And somehow, she manages to do it while bringing a sense of calm to even the most chaotic situations.

But what we love most is that she doesn't just make things work better. She makes things easier for the people around her, too.

She's taught us that sometimes the best solution isn't to work harder or do more. It's simply to look at things differently.

Of course, there are a few things that could make Meghan's life easier... like getting her beloved Chicago Bears and White Sox a few more wins! 😉 But give her some '90s nostalgia and a little NKOTB, and we're pretty sure all is right in her world.

Although, if you know her, you probably didn't even need a second photo to figure this one out. 😉

You may know Sheila as our VP of HR, but there's so much more to her than the incredible work she does every day.

Fall is hands down her FAVORITE season, and if there's a forest or hiking trail nearby, chances are you'll find her exploring it.

She loves a good coffee or matcha, a vegan dish, and just so happens to be a certified herbalist (how cool is that?!).

She's always up for exploring new places and has a genuine curiosity about human behavior, wellness, and what makes people tick.

On your birthday, we hope you know just how much you are admired and appreciated by all of us.

This past year has asked more of you than anyone should ever have to carry. And through it all, you have shown a kind of strength and resilience that is difficult to put into words but has inspired us all.

We’ve watched you continue to move forward with courage and grace. We’ve watched you step back into work, take on new challenges, and grow into your role as an HR Manager all while continuing to bring so much heart, care, and commitment to the people around you.

But today isn’t just about celebrating what you’ve accomplished.

It’s about celebrating YOU.

Your strength. Your heart. Your courage. Your resilience. And the impact you have on the people fortunate enough to work alongside you.
