(I'd been to many sales, as a customer through the years). Anyone can rely on their advise & suggestions in so many areas. They removed all stress from this journey, as they really know their business.
After 47 years in the Chicago area & accumulating a life of "things", I've had to part with every single piece of furniture in my 4 bedroom town house to now move in with my family in the east coast. Jan & Ed made magic staging & pricing for a win-win. Jan is a total inspiration on how to treat people & master all situations that arise.
