We were hired to repair a leak from a exterior deck to the middle of a parking spot in a below ground parking spot....we pulled the paver over the drain having issues....removed the drain down to the structural concrete....rebuilt the drain with a moisture cure waterproofing material....then went into the garage and rebuilt the transition between the concrete and plastic drain...we let it cure for 72 hours...then came back and water tested for 30 min....no water transfer from top to garage anymore...

Concrete remove and replace due to reverse grade and rain draining underneath causing settling....now it drains to the bed forward like it is supposed to....

This was a job we were contracted to repair...the prior contractor had steps installed by a masonry company...only problem was they installed a toe catch made of concrete blocks...we removed the top rows of steps and cut new blocks to bring this landing to code...then grouted the joints and let it cure...
