We appreciate everyone's patience. The ice machine at Mallard Point has been fixed and is up and running.

The struggle getting all our machines ready for spring and summer continues. We are having issues with the ice maker on the Mallard point unit and it will be down for a few days. Parts are ordered and we will have it back up as soon as possible.

If this is your boot its at the Twice the Ice house right off Mallard Point Road. It wasn't here earlier 1pm 2-15-26 so it was within last 2 hours. It's on the side of the unit waiting for you. To be reunited with its other sole mate.

***Update***

The unit in the middle of Mountain Home is working. The one on Mallard Point road is froze up due to an issue with the heater. Hopefully after having a time to thaw overnight I can get it back to running tomorrow.

I have had some calls letting me know there are issues with the units in Mountain Home. I am currently out of town, but will be back in town tonight and should be able to get them back up and running. The water machine at Mallard point is still waiting on parts. We hope to have those soon and get it back up and running.

With 2026 here we would like to let everyone know our Ice 🧊 has gone
up. This is the first price increase we have done since taking over the business 5 years ago. All ICE machines are now $3.00 a bag or ice chest.
Mallard Point water is still .25 per gallon.

Hello Ice 🧊 followers.
Wanted to let you all know that we will not be able to take phone calls from 8-12pm on 8/9/25. Dustin will be graduating from A-state university. Will be walking to get his Bachelor degree in teaching and education. Please be patient with us leave us a message and we will always return calls and make the sales right.

We appreciate all (YOU) our customers.

All machines are operating correctly and fully functional including our water machine at Mallard Point.
