AD Earthworks is looking for people that want to learn several skills all in one company. We are a concrete, asphalt, & excavation company based out of Mountain Home AR. We provide services for commercial and residential projects with over 25 years experience and a drive to teach new generations these skills. While each job may have the same steps, there are many applications to get the desired end result. Don’t worry, experienced people we want your help to. We are always willing to listen to other people to help better the outcome of our jobs. This job requires people to use critical thinking and problem solving skills. This is a labor intensive job, from carrying forms, supplies, and tools, to grading all kinds of projects. Applicants should be able to lift at least 50 lbs and be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
Concrete work we perform is as follows:
Residential and commercial slick finish slabs, sidewalks, driveways, curbs, drainage boxes, walls,and drainage ditches.
Asphalt:
City/County roads, parking lots, and driveways.
Excavation:
Residential and commercial building pads, parking lots, roadways, drainage pipes, detention ponds, demolition, and land clearing.
Current positions we are looking to fill are concrete finishers and concrete/excavation labors.
