The past 9 years of being in the internet business have been an incredible journey, but if we’re being honest, it has also been SO exhausting.
Being a business owner means the work doesn’t really stop, and when you’re in the internet world, the internet NEVER stops.
There have been countless late nights, early mornings, weekends, emergencies, repairs, phone calls, and moments where we’ve had to put our own plans on hold.
And why?
Because we care about keeping our customers connected.
We know that behind every internet connection is a family trying to stream a movie, a kid trying to finish homework, someone working from home, a business trying to stay open, or a customer simply trying to enjoy their evening.
We’ve worked way too hard over the last 9 years. 😂 But we’ve also built something we’re incredibly proud of.
A local business. A family business. A business where our customers aren’t just account numbers.
So, if you’ve ever wondered why we answer the phone at crazy hours, show up when everyone else is closed, or cut a family dinner short because someone lost service… this is why.
The internet world never stops.
And sometimes, neither do we.
Here’s to hoping the next 9 years bring a little more balance, a few uninterrupted family vacations, and maybe—just maybe—a few family dinners where nobody has to get up and fix the internet. 😂❤️
