This customer called us about a water emergency in their home. We were there within the hour and got right to work! We set up the drying equipment and shut the water off while the plumber fixed the leak. Unfortunately, the flooring could not be salvaged due to warping, but new flooring will arrive soon, and we will leave this customer's home better than before. They thanked us for our quick response. All the paperwork was submitted to their home insurance for payment.
