Well... we had every intention of posting a video of the drawing today. 😅
We're still getting used to our new Friday half-day schedule, and between wrapping up the week and making sure everything got done, time got away from us.

Rather than make you wait any longer, we wanted to keep our promise and announce our Teacher Giveaway winners today as originally planned!

As of midnight, service has been restored to all customers affected by the fiber route issue.

If you are still experiencing any issues with your service, please contact our office, and we'll have a technician troubleshoot your connection individually.

In celebration of Independence Day, our office will be closed Friday, July 3rd. We will reopen Monday, July 6th during normal business hours.

A fiber route issue in the Amarillo area is still being worked on by the provider. This outage continues to affect some Five Area Connect customers.

As soon as the fiber route is repaired, our technicians will work to restore service as quickly as possible on our end. We appreciate your continued patience and understanding.

We will continue to share updates as more information becomes available.
