Well, this is LONG overdue— as I’m sure most of you have realized by now that we have taken a break from hosting Farm to Table Dinners & Events in the greenhouse. We really miss you guys!

We have thrown ourselves fully into the new season of parenthood and as much as we sincerely enjoyed hosting you, we had to press pause on our part time weekend gig to stand on our conviction about spending time living life together as a family of 3. We never really subscribed to hustle culture and believe the little person we are raising deserves all of our attention— so until Jack can join us serving YOU, know that we’ll be back one day in a big way and can’t wait to see what that looks like. 🤠

SO IN THE MEAN TIME… here’s where you can find us! Josh has started a home remodeling & plumbing business with his brother, Chris. They have over a decade of experience and we’d be honored to serve you in that capacity: follow us and give us a call for all your home improvement needs.

As for me, I’m still seeing 1:1 clients for nutritional therapy (part time 😉) and if that interests you, I’m over sharing slow living, nose to tail nutrition, and mostly pockets of our life. 🙂

If you would like to stay connected to the Wild Roots vision, our digital cookbook is still available on our website and we put a lot of blood, sweat, and tears into it— I think you will enjoy it thoroughly. 🤌🏼

Chef Josh’s current favorite hors d’oeuvre to serve up in the greenhouse: sous vide pork focaccia toast with braised red cabbage, garden dill, and a dill celery emulsion.

This round of pork is from and everything else is from the garden. Always fresh, always local. Keep an eye out for our January dinner dates to experience it for yourself!

POV: It’s Friendsgiving, but you don’t have to cook this year. The table looks like this. The wood burning stove is crackling. There’s 5 courses of nourishing farm to fork food, hand curated and cooked by a classically trained chef. Oh, and you don’t have to clean. Just bring the drinks…
