When it has to be RIGHT, you need a PARTNER — not just another vendor.

Tuesday morning, a fire inside a kitchen wall at Embassy Suites Murfreesboro caused significant damage to the hotel’s kitchen operations.

Tuesday — 2:00 PM:
We got the call: “We need a kitchen.”

There was just one problem.
We didn’t have one available.

We immediately started making calls. We contacted five competitors looking for an available temporary kitchen.

Nothing.

So we called one of our manufacturing partners in South Georgia. They had a kitchen trailer nearing completion — but it was already sold to another customer.

That could have been the end of the conversation.
Instead, we contacted the buyer, explained the emergency, and negotiated a deal to secure their trailer for Embassy Suites.

Then we went to work.
Our team immediately headed to South Georgia and worked alongside the manufacturer to get the trailer completed.

Wednesday — 11:00 PM:
The kitchen was finished.
We got behind the wheel and started the 8-hour drive back to Murfreesboro.

Thursday — 7:00 AM:
We arrived on site.

Thursday — 2:00 PM:
The temporary kitchen was operational and turned over to Embassy Suites.

From the first phone call to an operational kitchen:
48 HOURS.

We didn't have the equipment sitting in our yard.
We didn't have an easy solution waiting for us.
We found one.

That’s the difference between simply supplying equipment and being a partner.

A huge thank you to the manufacturers, vendors, customer, and everyone else who worked with us to make an extremely difficult timeline possible — and to Murfreesboro Fire Rescue Department for their response to the original fire.

Behind the Scenes at Memorial Stadium 🎬🏟️

Big events don’t just happen. Long before the lights come on and the first note is played, there’s a lot of work happening behind the scenes.

This weekend, the On-Site Solutions Partners team had the opportunity to assist with event setup and production support at Memorial Stadium in Lincoln for the Cole Swindell concert following Nebraska Football

From moving and placing barricades to supporting the transformation of the stadium from Game Day to Concert Night, our team was proud to play a small part in a much larger production.

This video gives you a glimpse of what happens before the crowd sees the finished product—and a little of the payoff when everything comes together.
A big thank you to the teams and professionals who led and produced the event and allowed On-Site to work alongside them.

What a Saturday night in Murfreesboro.

Blue Raider Football led Murray State 38–14 when lightning moved in. The delays kept stacking up, and by 1:00 a.m. the decision was made to end the game and let the score stand. Nearly six hours from kickoff to final.

Here's what we want people to know: our On-Site Solutions Partners crew was there for all six of them. Through every delay, every reset, every "we're going to hold a little longer." Nobody clocked out early. Nobody stopped caring about the guest experience just because the clock said 1 a.m.

That's the standard, and we proud of all our staff for holding it.

On-Site is incredibly proud to be part of Blue Raider Athletics and Blue Raider Football. They have always been a class act. Often we forget that sports are not only about wins and losses. We are shaping student athletes into the community leaders of our future. We have to be leaders on and off the field.

Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) football will honor Dolly Parton by wearing a special commemorative jersey patch for its home season opener on Saturday, Sept. 5.

Athletics Director Chris Massaro said the date of the game made it even more appropriate, given Parton's starring role and song in the 1980 movie "9 to 5."
