Fast and professional. I called around and found Dallas Tow & Go was between $20 and $30 less than any other quote. Although not an emergency situation, they were able to get my car to the dealership before they closed on the weekend. Many thanks and will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Zain saved the day!!! We traveled here for my daughter’s seventh birthday to visit the American girl doll store well, one certain kid not sure which one left a light on in my car killed the battery so we had to give them a call and they were out here quickly and got us going for our lunch reservation. They were amazing, even noticed my tire was low and added air!!!

I needed an inoperable car transported house to house about 30 miles in distance. I wasn’t in a hurry so I filled out the online quote form on the Dallas Tow website not expecting to get a call back until the next day. Within 3 min of submitting the form Zain called me back with a quote and timeline. Zain was the most professional and courteous guy and super flexible on picking up (keys under the floor mat) and drop off (keys on the porch for a bit before I got home to grab them). Communication throughout the process was outstanding, he texted me when he picked the car up (even sent a photo with it on the truck) and when he dropped it off. I don’t need a tow truck often but I sure know who to recommend to others and call next time I do need help! Glad to see there are people out there that go the extra mile and still do a quality job!

I would HIGHLY recommend this company! They have EXCELLENT customer service as well as efficiency in the time they take going from your current location to where you need to go! Zain and his partner took care of me! If you are ever in a pickle, give this company a call in the Dallas area!
