Interesting day at work. These are wild peacocks that have made their home in Murrells Inlet. About two dozen of them I was working in a garage and turned around. There was one standing right behind me.

Self clean casualty. A great feature but it does raise the temperature to 1,000 degrees F. What could possibly go wrong?

Don't think I'll be fixing this one. What happened? The vent was clogged. Dust accumulated inside of the dryer because the backpressure prevented it from being expelled. Combine that with dryer sheet chemicals and you have great material for starting a fire. Then the heat could not escape and no air was available to push it out. So don't forget to have your dryer vent cleaned every five years or so.
